HSE officers and reporting structure
The following roles are assigned in the HSE Policy meeting minutes.
Parimal
Responsible for HSE enforcement and inspection activities, including understanding the policy, preparing site-specific HSE checklists, training site teams, ensuring awareness and inspecting sites.
Venkat
Designated HSE Grievance Officer and recipient of site inspection findings as assigned in the HSE Policy meeting minutes.
Accountability for the policy
The Managing Director has overall responsibility for implementation. Every employee is individually responsible for complying with the policy and contributing to a safe, healthy and environmentally responsible workplace.
